Building projects involve a lot of decisions. If you are at the start of the process and not sure where to begin, or if you are further along and need to talk through a specific problem, the right move is a direct conversation.

Kurt and Peter are accessible. You are not going to reach a call centre or wait a week for a reply. If you call during business hours, you will speak to the practice. If you email, you will hear back promptly.

Where We Work

Buildingwise Developments is based in Newcastle, working across the full Hunter region, including Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens, Singleton Shire, Dungog Shire, the broader Hunter Valley, and surrounding areas.

Kurt and Peter have worked across the region for decades and know its councils, planning controls, and site conditions in a way that only comes from being genuinely local.

For the right project, work extends across broader NSW. Active projects have reached as far north as Kempsey/Coffs Harbour, and as far south as the South Coast and Southern Highlands, around 3-4 hours in either direction from Newcastle.
